What does this health check include?

If you have a qualifying policy with them, your annual health check from Vitality will include a blood test, with the appointment only taking 30 minutes in total. Your height and weight will also be taken as well as your waist circumference. The blood test will inform you of your cholesterol and glucose levels.

Having a Vitality Health Check will also earn you 240 Vitality points. They will also give you another 60 points for each healthy result and 200 Vitality points for confirming you're a non-smoker at the health check. You can earn these points once every plan year.
