But there are three shining stars who have got the recognition they deserve, by being announced as finalists for this year's COVER Women in Protection and Health Awards 2023.

This year’s COVER Women in Protection and Health Awards are a chance to shine a spotlight on the leading women within the life, protection and health insurance industry.
We are so happy to say that three women from Caspian Insurance have been announced as finalists in this year's awards. The final takes place at the Marriott Grosvenor Square, London on Wednesday 26th April 2023 - fingers crossed for the win!

When we asked our three shortlisted Caspian superstars what it means to them to be finalists at this year's COVER Women in Protection and Health Awards 2023.
Here’s what Hayley Clucas, our Head of Marketing, who is a finalist for the category ‘Woman of the Year - Marketing’ had to say, “I am so excited to be a finalist for the Women in Protection Awards, along with two other amazing women from Caspian. Not only do these awards represent the hard work of every woman in the industry but they will hopefully encourage more young women to get into the industry and begin a successful career in protection.”
Laura Havenhand, our Partner Account Manager is up for the ‘Educator of the Year’ award and said, “It's an honour to have my name up as a finalist with some of the best in the industry, that's a compliment enough to stand with these ladies, paving the way for the futures of women in protection. Since joining the industry I have seen more and more women joining the table, cracking that glass ceiling and earning a place at the table they should have always been sat at. It's a great time to be a woman in the industry.”
Karen Cooper, our Head of Customer Care who is up for the ‘Woman of the Year - Customer Support’ said this, “I was over the moon when I saw my name announced as a finalist for this year’s COVER awards. Customer Care at Caspian is one of our number one priorities, so being recognised for mine and the team's hard work is an amazing feeling.”
