Coming Together for the NHS

At Caspian, we nominated the whole office to walk or run 5km and donate £5 to the Run For Heroes campaign. We are so proud to be able to do our bit in showing our appreciation for the NHS, and so far we have managed to raise £500 for NHS Charities Together.

As we continue to adapt to social distancing and isolation measures, it is so important to remember those on the front line who are doing everything they can to protect us. You have no doubt seen the Run 5, Donate 5, Nominate 5 challenge that has been taking social media by storm, and for good reason!


How does it work

The challenge has been created to help support the welfare and wellbeing of NHS staff as they continue to battle COVID-19 every day. By donating just £5, you are helping to fund wellbeing packs and other wellbeing items for staff and volunteers, as well as helping to cover the cost of travel, parking and accommodation.

We are all suffering from the effects of the coronavirus outbreak. There has never been a better time to stick together (from a distance!) and fight this, by raising money for amazing charities and showing support for those who put themselves at risk for our benefit.

Taking part and doing your bit

We have done our bit, now it is your turn! Join in by walking or running 5km and donating £5 to a great cause. Don’t forget to nominate 5 friends to keep the support going.
