The award-winning life insurance broker has been nominated for its customer service, innovative training and use of technology.
Shortly after winning an AIG award for business quality, Caspian Insurance has now received an early birthday present, a week before its 4th anniversary, in the form of three Broker Innovation Awards’ nominations.
The nominations recognise Caspian’s excellent customer service, its innovative training that champion best practices, and the impact of technology on its business.
The Broker Innovation Awards recognise insurance brokers, agents and intermediaries who have fully embraced technology to meet their client’s needs. The awards focus on brokerages that have demonstrated an innovative approach to insurance protection, collaboration, inventiveness and modernisation.

The winners of the Broker Innovation Awards 2020 will be selected by a panel of industry experts and announced during the awards ceremony, which will be streamed on the evening of the 16th of July.
