Caspian commended at Business Quality Awards

Caspian Insurance has been Commended in Protection Written in Trust and received Special Recognition at Legal & General’s eleventh Business Quality Awards (BQA).

Launched in 2011, the BQAs celebrate the protection industry’s advisers and businesses who have gone above and beyond to help their clients, delivering standout customer service and retention of business. This year the awards were held at Haberdashers’ Hall in London; the first in-person since Covid-19.

Our Head of Customer Care, Karen Cooper and our Managing Director Oliver Rayner were at the awards ceremony. Karen Cooper said, “We are absolutely thrilled to have been recognised by Legal and General for the importance of trusts and the hard work from our team to ensure that the majority of our customers' policies are placed in trust which benefits not only the customer but their family too”.
